We have created a podcast!

We have created a Not in My Workplace podcast which will be a way to share progress, showcase stories of leaders/workplaces leading in positive duty and be a resource to do more to prevent & address sexual harassment in the workplace. We will launch the podcast on 4th February 2025!

Not in My Workplace is a series that aims to be a resource for you and your workplace to become safer, more respectful and inclusive.

Conversations will focus on why sexual harassment happens and how we can prevent and respond to it in the workplace.

We will hear from a diverse range of guests. There will be stories of progress and stories that showcase the experiences of those leading the way and finding their way in creating respectful and safe workplaces.

We want our podcast to be listened to in all types of workplaces by all types leaders and employees.
